About

Iron Mountain Organics started in 2019 with some seed, compost, and a conviction that soil matters.

Located in Canton, Georgia, our market garden is built on no-dig principles that protect the life beneath our feet. We grow in living soil because we believe the best food begins long before a seed sprouts.

There are a lot of variables in farming. Weather. Pests. Timing. But one thing we can control is how we steward the soil.

Instead of tilling and disrupting the ground each season, we build it. Compost feeds the biology underground. That biology feeds the plants. And those plants feed families.

We grow with respect for the land and with gratitude for the people who trust us to feed their homes. Around here, farming is not about extraction. It is about partnership.

Healthy soil. Healthy food. Stronger communities.
